Established as a non-profit association in 1995, Hispanic Association of Professional Services was created out of the need for education and interpretation of the law, in the Latino community.

GUIDED by dedication to the education, H.A.P.S. mission on behalf of the members in the Hispanic Association of Professional Services is to:
